The best award is a client who believes that we solved their problem, met the budget and time schedule and made their job or life better.

We believe when we take the project beyond mere shelter, we have truly succeeded by enriching the client's life. We have added value -- both physically and spiritually. For us, awards are a test given by our peers. It is a form of constant evaluation. It is not the ultimate measure of a successful project. Clients who remain friends and ask us to do additional projects are the true measure. Consistently, 80% of our work is repeat business. During the past thirty-five years, Rand Elliott Architects has received a total of 289 Architectural, Interior, Lighting and Graphic Design Awards. These awards are special to us for many reasons, but primarily because they represent the appreciation of our peers.

Rand Elliott Architects is the only architectural firm in the history of the State of Oklahoma ever to win a National AIA Honor Award. To date, the firm has received 10 National AIA Honor Awards for: World Neighbors Headquarters, K J McNitt Building, North Guest Apartment, The Vesper Building, Will Rogers World Airport Snow Barn, and ImageNet, all located in Oklahoma City; Connecticut Residence; Ackerman McQueen Executive Offices and Video Conferencing in Tulsa, Oklahoma; AM International in London, England; and ImageNet, Carrollton, Texas.
