This four story 48,000 square foot office building is designed to make
a strong statement based on the owner described concept, “Modern
Master.” The
10’ deep south “porch” and the west punched windows
respond to the adjacent residential neighborhood. The sun protection
of the south canopy and the brick banding respond to the local climate
and the “horizontal” landscape.
