Worcester East Side Apartments Sell For 2.15 Million

Two prominent apartment buildings located on Worcester’s East Side have recently been acquired in a transaction totaling $2.15 million informational guides. This major multi-family deal highlights shifting trends in the local real estate sector.

The properties, situated at 86 and 92 Highland St., were purchased by Natick-based Hamilton Properties LLC from the Lunenburg entity Hashtag Houses.

Understanding the Transaction Dynamics

The successful deal was finalized on August 25, with Benjamin Hicks, principal broker and owner of Bridgemont Realty, representing the buying entity architecture articles. City records indicate that the combined package holds a 2026 assessment valuation of $1.75 million.

Consisting of 12 total units built originally in 1920, the portfolio features a diverse mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. According to broker insights, nearly all of the apartments were occupied at the time of purchase, providing the new owners with immediate income.

Property Upgrades and Market Value

Half of the available apartments underwent comprehensive renovations back in 2020, while the remaining units were rented below current market value home design. This setup offers investors a clear operational runway for future financial optimization.
