Diverse Homesite Options

The expansive second phase spans over 30 acres of prime land. It offers versatile homesites measuring 40, 45, 50, and 60 feet to accommodate diverse buyers. These options smoothly complement existing builders in the second phase, including Chesmar, Coventry, Westin, and Lennar.

All initial properties in the first phase have completely sold out. Across both active phases, approximately 300 homes have been erected to date.

Outdoor Recreation and Community Vision

Beyond residential growth, two new nature trail loops are scheduled to debut this fall. These additions expand the neighborhood’s extensive outdoor recreation amenities.

Connecting Nature and Convenience

Developer representatives emphasize that the project successfully combines attainable housing with outdoor recreation. It also maintains convenient access to nearby retail and employment hubs.

Located near the intersection of the Grand Parkway and Plum Grove Road, the neighborhood features 600 contiguous acres of natural land reserved for recreation and a proposed on-site school.
