When stacked against the third quarter of 2025, deed volume actually experienced a minor dip of 1.76 percent down from 966 filings. However, total monetary consideration moved in the opposite direction, jumping by an incredible 9.91 percent year over year.

Notable High-Value Property Transactions

Several major commercial and agricultural sales drove the higher monetary values observed this quarter. High-value transactions are often wonderful reminders of how regional architecture adapts to commercial, agricultural, and industrial demands.

Leading the commercial sales was the property occupied by the Majestic Care facility in Perrysburg, which successfully transferred hands for $7.05 million. Other standout transactions included a massive $5 million farmland purchase spanning nearly 40 acres in Middleton Township, alongside a $3.045 million commercial land sale in Rossford.

Mortgage Stability and Future Market Outlook

Alongside strong property transfers, mortgage activity throughout the county remained remarkably steady. The office documented 1,044 total mortgages during this period, representing a negligible decrease of just 0.57 percent from the prior year.

Recorder Connor Rose appropriately characterized the third quarter as a reliable and steady period for the local real estate sector. Stakeholders seeking informational guides can utilize these official figures to better understand market resilience.
