Johnson Lake and Cozad Activity

Recent public filings highlight notable waterfront transactions, including properties changing hands around the popular Johnson Lake area. Douglas D. and Stephani J. Kittle successfully transferred a parcel at Lot 45, North Shore, to Monte and Roxann Gregg.

Additionally, Logan and Payden Hunke parted ways with Lot 56 at North Point, Johnson Lake, handing ownership over to Lucky Enough, LLC. Meanwhile, Cozad saw active movement as Anthony W. and Teresa R. Croteau finalized a property transfer within Ogorsolka’s First Addition.

Commercial and Land Developments

Commercial lots and rural land tracts also featured prominently in the latest weekly transaction register released by local authorities. Tracking these broader real estate shifts often connects closely with studying historical architecture and the evolution of local zoning patterns.

Lexington and Gothenburg Highlights

In the heart of Cozad, Perkspot, LLC closed out a transaction within Block 3 of the Original Town, selling to Camren Maaske and Cadence Phaby. Lexington also contributed to the weekly volume with Julio A. Cortez-Parada transferring a lot in J.L. May’s Addition to Mario Cortez.

Further expansion was noted as Prospect Properties, LLC transferred a complete lot within the County Acres Addition of Gothenburg over to M.M. Development, LLC. Finally, rural acreage shifted in Section 34 as Benjamin W. Maloley transferred a land tract directly to Samuel P. Maloley, rounding out a diverse week of regional development.
