Target Sectors and Fund Capacity

The closed-end fund actively targets apartments, offices, industrial assets, healthcare, self-storage, hotels, and retail spaces. With a maximum capacity reaching $2.5 billion, the vehicle builds upon strong historical backing from institutional investors.

Observers tracking home design and residential developments note that multi-family assets remain a priority. Its predecessor, Artemis Fund IV, successfully closed with an impressive $2.2 billion, easily surpassing its initial target.
