The Real Brokerage Reports 30% Q2 Revenue Growth

The Real Brokerage recently shared its second-quarter financial results, demonstrating significant year-over-year revenue growth despite navigating a persistently sluggish housing market. Industry professionals frequently examine architecture articles to understand broader market movements, but corporate financial health remains equally vital for tracking sector momentum.

During this period, the company experienced robust increases in overall transaction volume and expanded its active agent network substantially. These milestones underscore the evolving dynamics of modern home design and brokerage operations across North America.

Financial Performance and Market Expansion

Total revenue for the second quarter climbed 30% year-over-year to reach $700.6 million. Gross profit similarly improved by 22% to hit $58.3 million, while adjusted EBITDA rose to $27.6 million.

Growth Metrics and Profitability

The firm reported an $8 million net loss, which was largely attributed to $11.6 million in transaction expenses tied to its pending acquisition of REMAX. Overall operating expenses expanded by 41% to $65.3 million during the quarter.

Strategic Milestones and Technology Integration

Real’s agent count grew by 26% year-over-year to reach 35,348 professionals, while total closed transactions increased by 27% to 62,380. CEO Tamir Poleg emphasized the strong operational pipeline as the company prepares for the upcoming securityholder vote regarding the REMAX transaction.

Future Projections and AI Advancements

Executives project that the combined entities will achieve at least $190 million in profit, incorporating $160 million of adjusted 2025 EBITDA alongside $30 million in expected cost synergies. Furthermore, the brokerage is advancing its technological edge through the beta launch of Leo 2.0, an AI-driven tool designed to streamline client interactions and CRM integrations.
