Office and Leasing Momentum

The office sector is also seeing remarkable repositioning as major corporations secure large spaces in top-tier markets. Landlords are successfully capturing long-term commitments despite changing workplace dynamics.

Major Headquarter Relocations

In addition, Hartman Properties secured over 140,000 square feet of new leases and renewals across its Houston and San Antonio portfolios during the first half of 2026. Autonomous Solutions also expanded its office footprint within Hillwood’s AllianceTexas development in Fort Worth to support vehicle automation testing.

Residential and Multifamily Growth

Multifamily developments are keeping pace with commercial expansion, offering upscale living options near major employment centers. Developers are focusing on amenity-rich communities to attract the state’s growing population.

Austin and Dallas Living Communities

KTGY and Riverside recently celebrated the grand opening of The Waylon, a dynamic 300-unit apartment community located in North Austin. This project reflects the high demand for stylish residential spaces in booming tech corridors.
