The Ninth Annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach is a two-property design celebration that opened on February 24, 2026. It is located at the waterfront Intracoastal House (3410 North Flagler Drive) and the nearby Palm Cottage across the street.
This year’s show invites designers to work across both spaces. They create a dialogue between expansive water-facing rooms and more intimate interiors that reflect Palm Beach’s unique character.
Proceeds benefit the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County. The event highlights its longstanding philanthropic mission in the design community.
A Dual-Property Showcase on the Intracoastal and Beyond
The collaboration across two homes emphasizes contrast and cohesion. There are both wide-water views and intimate nooks, all while maintaining a Palm Beach narrative.
Designers explored materiality, scale, and detailing that honor the locale. They also introduced contemporary interpretations.
Design Highlights Across the Two Properties
Several standout moments capture the show’s variety. Alexander Interiors created a seaside-glam bathroom with Schumacher floral wallpaper and an azure Artistic Tile shower.
