The Ninth Annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach is a two-property design celebration that opened on February 24, 2026. It is located at the waterfront Intracoastal House (3410 North Flagler Drive) and the nearby Palm Cottage across the street.

This year’s show invites designers to work across both spaces. They create a dialogue between expansive water-facing rooms and more intimate interiors that reflect Palm Beach’s unique character.

BAMO, Inc. designed a silvery, Jean Cocteau–inspired sunroom. The atmosphere is enhanced by a slatted ceiling by Leeds Custom Design and contemporary artworks from Sarah Meyohas and Petra Cortright.

Outdoor spaces by Bell Design and Lopez Group extend the design outdoors. They include wellness-focused features such as tubs for photography and a three-person Kohler sauna, as well as a Seraphim Bar by Belt Metal.

Rich landscaping uses native plantings and oolite stone to connect the design to Palm Beach’s coastal geology. Inside, firms like Eerdmans, Kate Ives, Lisa Erdmann, and LTA Interiors use bold patterns and luxurious textiles.

Bespoke elements from makers such as Primestones, Kohler, Artistic Tile, and Made Goods are featured throughout the rooms.
